Yohana Valdez is an immigration and family law attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families build safer, more secure futures. Before launching her private practice, Yohana served as a managing attorney with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), where she represented unaccompanied children seeking legal protection and stability. Her work has taken her from courtrooms to City Hall and from migrant shelters to community centerswith a single purpose: uplifting vulnerable voices and defending human rightswith integrity, courage, and expertise.
Yohana earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and holds a Master's degree in Francophone Studies from UCLA. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and values cultural competency and accessibility in her practice. She is licensed to practice law in Washington State and proudly serves clients acrossgreater Seattleand across Washington.
